We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join our South Florida team based in our regional office. This position is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience and passionate about industrial real estate, customer relationships, and leasing. This role will assist market leadership in leasing and growing the Seagis’ portfolio in the South Florida market and will help provide strategic direction and operational execution in all facets of our leasing efforts. The position will require market analysis, prospecting, qualifying, negotiation, and deal-closing under the guidance of experienced team members and will need a hands on, tactical approach to leasing space.
