Our target investments include both modern buildings, older functional product, single tenant and multi-tenant buildings that are leased, have near-term leasing risk or existing vacancy. We will also buy properties for immediate or future redevelopment, forward sales, unentitled land and entitled land, and environmentally contaminated land for build-to-suit and speculative warehouse development.
