Seagis Property Group Leases 25,000 Square Feet in Carlstadt, NJ

Seagis Property Group announced the lease up of two units totaling +/- 25,000 square feet at 745 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, New Jersey. The 31,000 square foot building, located within the Gotham Industrial Park in the Meadowlands submarket, offers access to Interstate 95 and Interstate 80 and is just ten miles from the Lincoln Tunnel. The units were leased through two separate transactions, 14,000 square feet and 11,000 square feet, with a leading logistics service provider and national stone company. “Part of our investment strategy since our formation over 20 years ago is the acquisition and repositioning of small buildings in Northern and Central New Jersey. This building and its location in the Gotham Industrial Park fit our target investment profile and upon closing we immediately commenced our repositioning plan to modernize the building.
