Seagis Property Group Leases 160,000 SF YTD in its JFK Portfolio

“Year to date, we have executed 26 leases totaling 160,000 square feet within our JFK portfolio between both new deals and renewals,” said Jane Finkenstaedt Director of Asset Management in NYC for Seagis. “We are witnessing healthy leasing demand despite macro-economic uncertainty, which reflects this market’s necessity for tenants. We continue to see strong leasing interest as we move into the second half of 2025.”

Seagis has owned and managed warehouse facilities in the JFK market since 2006. Currently the Company owns 48 buildings totaling 840,000 SF with approximately 130 tenants around JFK International Airport. Additionally, Seagis owns 14 buildings comprising 465,000 SF in the Outer Boroughs of New York City.
