Seagis Property Group Acquires 200,000 Square Foot Building in Medley, FL

Seagis Property Group announced today the acquisition of 9500 NW 108th Avenue located in Medley, Florida. The 200,000 square foot industrial building is in the Flagler Station Business Park. The property is located 1.4 miles from Florida’s Turnpike, 8 miles from Miami International Airport, and 22 miles from Port Miami. “Flagler Station is one of Miami’s premier business parks and we are excited to add another high-quality, strategically located warehouse to our portfolio.
