Seagis Property Group Acquires 15,000 Square Foot Building in Brooklyn, NY

Seagis Property Group announced today the acquisition of 236 39th Street in Sunset Park (Brooklyn), New York. The 15,000 square foot warehouse is visible from The Gowanus Expressway (I-278) with access to Manhattan in 15 minutes. “This is a highly unique warehouse with its combination of quality, functionality, and location proximate to the highway and steps away from Industry City.
