Seagis Property Group announced today the acquisition of 8269 NW 54th Street located in Doral, Florida. The 26,000 square foot industrial building is in the Airport West/Doral submarket. The property is adjacent to Downtown Doral, 2.9 miles from Miami International Airport, and less than a mile from Route 826 (Palmetto Expressway).
