Seagis Property Group Continues East Coast Expansion, Acquires $238 Million in Industrial Real Estate Assets in 2021
Seagis Property Group announced today that it has acquired a 19,100 square foot industrial building with an adjoining 10,300 square foot parking lot. The property is located at 2500 Waterbury Avenue at the corner of Waterbury Avenue and Seabury Avenue in the Zerega neighborhood of the Bronx. Seagis purchased the property fully occupied. This is Seagis' third acquisition in the Bronx and increases the Company's portfolio in the Boroughs of New York City to 61 buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet.
Seagis Property Group announced today that it has acquired an 81,898 square foot distribution facility located at 3075 NW 107th Avenue in Doral, FL (Miami-Dade County). The property was pre-leased to a single tenant during due diligence. The acquisition increases the Company's South Florida portfolio to 112 buildings and over 6 million square feet.

Seagis Property Group announced today that it has acquired a 10-acre industrial property located at 1700 Eller Drive in Hollywood, FL (Broward County). Seagis plans to build a 199,615 SF warehouse building that is 36' clear with 32 dock doors, 172 car parking spaces, and 45 trailer parking spaces. The development will increase the Company's South Florida portfolio to 111 buildings and 6 million square feet.
SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J., Dec. 9, 2021 -- Seagis Property Group announced today that it has acquired a 63,000 square foot distribution facility located at 41-51 James Street in South Hackensack, NJ. The building is located within the Meadowlands submarket just north of Interstate 80 and was acquired 100% leased on a short-term basis. The acquisition increases the Company's New Jersey portfolio to 33 buildings totaling 5.2 million square feet.
