The property is located at 1318 Randall Avenue at the corner of Bryant Avenue in the Hunts Point neighborhood of the Bronx. Seagis purchased the property 50% occupied and will be marketing the available space for lease. This is Seagis’ first acquisition in the Bronx and increases the Company’s portfolio in the Boroughs of New York City to 56 buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet.

The property is located at 132 54th Street at the corner of 2nd Avenue in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. Seagis purchased the property vacant and is now marketing it for lease.

Seagis Property Group announced today that it has acquired a 75,500 square foot warehouse at 57-47 47th Street in the Maspeth submarket of Queens, NY. The building, which features over an acre of secured yard, was acquired under a short-term lease back, and has since been re-tenanted to a new customer.

Conshohocken, PA – Seagis Property Group announced today that it has acquired a 79,920 square foot warehouse at 5700 49th Place in the Maspeth Submarket of Queens, NY. The building, which features 28’ clear ceilings, 9 covered loading positions, and 3 exterior loading positions, is approximately 1 mile from the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) and provides ready access to Manhattan via the Williamsburg Bridge and Queens-Midtown Tunnel.
